Next Thursday, Dawson’s Gang, Southern California’s premier country rock cover band, will perform on Main Street at SENSES Wild Wild West in Old Town Newhall. Mixing today’s popular top modern Country with a few old favorites, Dawson’s Gang is guaranteed to rock the house with their Southern Rock meets modern Country music style. The Old West comes alive each year when Western stars are immortalized in bronze and terrazzo tile in Old Town Newhall. The plaques for the new inductees into the Walk of Western Stars will be unveiled at 7:30 p.m., on Thursday, April 19, on the West side of Main Street at the Wild, Wild, West SENSES event.
The inductees include Academy Award winning film editor Joel Cox and actor Glenn Ford. Joel Cox is best known for more than 30 collaborations with Clint Eastwood and editing notable western films such as, The Wild Bunch, Pale Rider, and The Outlaw Josey Wales. Glenn Ford’s movie career spanned seven decades starring in such western classics as The Fastest Gun Alive, 3:10 to Yuma, and Cimarron. Mr. Cox will be present for the unveiling and Mr. Ford will be represented by his son, Peter.
Join us for the unveiling on Main Street and stay for a Wild, Wild, West party filled with Country music, line dancing, gourmet food trucks, western gear vendors, and the unveiling of two new Western stars in Old Town Newhall.

SENSES is dusting off its cowboy boots in preparation of the Wild Wild West on Thursday, April 19, located on Main Street, from 7:00 pm to 11:00 pm. The evening will keep you in the action with mechanical bull rides, cowboy roping, and down home country music. So, grab your line-dancing partner and get ready for gourmet food trucks, western exhibitors, and themed drinks.

SENSES is turning green in pre-celebration of St. Patrick’s Day. Shamrocks, pots of gold, and rainbows will fill Main Street as the Luck O’ the Irish party starts at 7 p.m. tomorrow. Come and enjoy Celtic rock by Ken O’Malley and the Twilight Lords, gourmet food trucks, Irish cocktails, and an Irish whiskey tasting bar, provided by Foundation for Children’s Dental Health, which will serve up tastings for $20. Rock your green to avoid getting pinched, grab a photo with our honorary Tilted Kilt Girls and St. Paddy’s Bud Girls, or stop by the ARTree to ‘POP’ a balloon if you find yourself needing an Irish blessing.
…and of course, on St. Paddy’s day everyone is Irish!

Please note change on the postcard: El Trocadero will be offering $3 margaritas and $5 nachos.
